Behaviour Associate I, 

Behaviour Associate II


Hourly Wage: 

$24-30 per hour


Hours of Work: 

Weekday evenings (3:30pm to 8:30pm),

Weekend days and/or evenings (8:30am to 8:30pm)


Key Attributes of a Successful Candidate: 

  • Empathy & Compassion: Genuinely cares for vulnerable individuals; approaches with patience and understanding.
  • Analytical Thinking: Assesses behaviour patterns and contributes to effective support plans using data and observation.
  • Reliability & Consistency: Maintains stable routines and dependable follow-through in support and documentation.
  • Team Collaboration: Communicates clearly and works closely with staff, families, and clinicians.
  • Professional Judgment: Upholds ethics, respects confidentiality, and aligns actions with policy and regulation.


Job Title:

Behaviour Associate I,

Behaviour Associate II


Hourly Wage: 

$26-$29 per hour


Hours of Work: 

Tuesdays and Thursdays, 4pm to 8pm

Saturdays, 10am to 2pm

Sunday, 12pm to 4pm 


Key Attributes of a Successful Candidate: 

  • Strong ABA Knowledge: Skilled in applying ABA principles (e.g., chaining reinforcement, skill building) in a trauma-informed, compassionate manner.
  • Crisis Response Skills: Able to stay calm, respond quickly, and use effective de-escalation techniques in high-risk situations.
  • Clinical Judgment & Flexibility: Adapts support plans in real-time based on assessment and risk; comfortable with fast-paced, changing needs.
  • Family-Centered Collaboration: Builds trust with families and teams; communicates clearly and empowers others to implement strategies.
  • Trauma-Informed & Culturally Sensitive: Approaches all cases with empathy, cultural humility, and a focus on reducing harm.


Job Title:

ABA Lead Associate


Hourly Wage: 

$30 per hour


Hours of Work: 

Weekday evenings (3:30pm to 8:30pm),

Weekend days (8:30am to 3:30pm)


Key Attributes of a Successful Candidate: 

  • Advanced ABA Expertise: Instructs and implements ABA programs under RBA supervision; provides support and guidance grounded in current best practices.
  • Leadership & Mentorship: Supports, trains, and mentors team members; ensures consistent, high-quality service delivery.
  • Program Development: Builds and adapts community-based programs that promote meaningful skill-building and independence.
  • Family & Community Engagement: Collaborates with families, schools, and community partners to ensure coordinated support.
  • Strategic & Ethical Thinking: Balances clinical priorities with client goals, using sound judgment and a person-centered, ethical approach.


Job Title:

Clinical Counsellor I,

Clinical Counsellor II


Hourly Wage: 

$44-$66 per hour


Hours of Work: 

Create your own schedule! We request availability within the following windows: 

Weekdays (8:30am to 8:30pm),

Weekends (9am to 3pm)


Key Attributes of a Successful Candidate: 

  • Therapeutic Expertise: Skilled in evidence-based modalities (e.g., CBT, DBT, trauma-informed care) tailored to diverse client needs.
  • Empathy & Active Listening: Creates a safe, non-judgmental space where clients feel heard, respected, and supported.
  • Crisis Management: Confident in assessing risk and responding to mental health crises with appropriate intervention.
  • Collaborative Practice: Works with interdisciplinary teams, families, and external supports to create cohesive care plans.
  • Cultural & Ethical Sensitivity: Upholds confidentiality and cultural humility; supports clients with dignity and respect.
