Cole Salmon
I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master of Counselling Psychology degree from Yorkville University. My focus is on fostering a calm, non-judgmental space where clients can feel safe to explore their experiences and progress towards meaningful change.
My approach is integrative and client-focused, in which I draw from many modalities, such as Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Narrative Therapy, and Gestalt. This allows me to cater each session to a client’s unique needs while providing a safe and warm space.
My professional background includes a rich history of working in support roles with diverse populations. These experiences profoundly strengthened my appreciation for the intricacies of human experience and the courage involved in reaching out for support. I strive to foster enhanced clarity, balance, and a renewed sense of possibility.
